Why I created Legacy Letters
Some of my best childhood memories are from time spent at my grandparents’ farm. My Grandma Red and Grandpa Bart played such a huge role in my life—those visits to the farm were filled with adventure, love, and moments that, at the time, felt ordinary but now feel like treasures. I remember jumping on hay bales with my siblings and cousins, Easter egg hunts, my grandma making her famous popcorn balls and extra-special pretzels, and my grandpa’s playful jokes—he’d always say he got all "Holey" after church. And, of course, there was Grandpa’s chair, the seat of wisdom and storytelling, where it felt like an honor just to sit.
But as much as I remember the stories, the laughter, and the traditions, there’s something I can’t get back—their voices.
I would give anything to hear my grandparents one more time. To hear my grandma guiding me through her recipes, step by step, like she was right there in the kitchen with me. To hear my grandpa’s jokes in his own words, with his voice full of life. Mostly, I would have loved to give this gift to my mom, who misses her mom so much every single day.
That’s why I created Legacy Letters.

❓ Where do we film the video?
I come to your home or a location of your choice (travel fee may apply for locations farther than 30 miles from Lincoln NE). If you prefer, we can arrange a professional studio setting.
🎥 The Filming & Editing Process
❓ Can my family be in the video with me?
Yes! We offer family bundles where multiple people can be recorded together or separately.
❓ Can I include family photos or music in my video?
Absolutely! Our Package includes photo slideshows, music overlays, and even personal video clips to enhance your story.
❓ What if I forget what to say?
I’ll be there to guide the conversation and help you feel at ease. We can pause anytime, and I edit out any mistakes!
❓ Will I get a copy of the video?
Yes! You’ll receive a high-quality digital download and, depending on your package, a custom USB drive with your video.
⏳ After Filming & Delivery
❓ How long does it take to receive my final video?
Your finished video will be delivered within 3-4 weeks. If you need a rush order, we can accommodate for an additional fee.
❓ How long will my video be kept on file?
Your video is stored for at least 1 year, so you can request extra copies if needed.
❓ Can I make edits after filming?
Minor adjustments (like cutting a section) can be made. For extensive edits, additional fees may apply.

📜 Privacy & Confidentiality: Your Legacy Letter is private and will only be shared with those you specify. Your footage will be securely stored, and no part of it will be used for promotional purposes without your explicit permission.
💳 Refund & Rescheduling Policy: Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds are not available once filming has been completed. However, rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours’ notice.
