Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 22, 2026

About this notice and contact

Parde Media provides video-production services and operates www.pardemedia.org. This notice describes information handled when you visit the website or contact us through it, including the public Mulligan Mic page. For privacy questions or requests, email dylan@pardemedia.org.

This website notice does not replace project agreements, filming permissions, patient releases or notices for separate production activities. Links to other websites take you to those services and their own privacy information.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or email us, we receive the contact and project information you provide. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, optional phone number, organization or team, project goals, wedding or event details, location, timing, coverage preferences, estimated budget and referral information. The public Mulligan Mic inquiry asks for your name, email address and whether you want to play or partner. Forms identify required and optional fields.

These inquiry forms are not intended for patient information or medical records. Share only information needed to explain your inquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others.

How inquiry information is used and handled

Dylan reviews website inquiries received by email and uses the contact and project details to respond, discuss the proposed work and arrange next steps. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.

Squarespace provides the website's native form services. Form information is processed through Squarespace, including contact storage, and notifications are sent to a Parde-managed email account. Email service providers also process the notifications and related correspondence. Information may therefore remain in both Squarespace records and email. The inquiry forms described here are not a separate newsletter signup.

Hosting, analytics and cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Serving pages, displaying uploaded media and operating forms involves technical information such as IP addresses, browser, device and request information. Squarespace analytics and activity logging provide information about website visits and activity. See Squarespace's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics is configured for website measurement, and Meta Pixel is configured for visitor measurement and advertising-related functionality. These services can process browser or device identifiers and information about pages and interactions. A connected service does not mean every available advertising feature is being used. See Google's information about Analytics and Meta's Privacy Policy.

The website's native cookie settings are configured to offer Accept all, Decline all and Manage cookies, with a Cookie Preferences control for revisiting your choices. They are set to restrict supported optional cookies before the relevant permission. These settings do not turn off necessary website functions or guarantee that every third-party technical request stops. Some embedded services have additional behavior described below.

Your browser also provides controls for cookies and stored website data. Restricting them can affect website features. Changing a cookie preference does not by itself erase information already received by a service.

Embedded videos and spam protection

Some website videos use YouTube players. Loading or interacting with those features can send technical and player-use information to YouTube/Google. The public Mulligan Mic page also uses an Elfsight YouTube gallery and a YouTube subscription widget. Elfsight processes technical information to operate its widget and may use a cookie for view counting. See Google's Privacy Policy for YouTube and Elfsight's Privacy Policy for its widget.

Inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help detect automated submissions and prevent security, fraud and abuse. This security service has a different purpose from YouTube video features and can process technical signals for risk analysis.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain inquiry emails and related correspondence in our email account. We do not currently apply a fixed deletion schedule to those messages. Inquiry information may also remain in Squarespace's form and contact records; this notice does not promise that removing an email automatically removes information from every system.

To ask about information you have provided or request access, correction or deletion, email dylan@pardemedia.org. Dylan reviews requests sent to this address. We may need information to identify the records and verify that the request concerns you. Requests are considered in light of applicable requirements and any legitimate need to retain information. This is not a promise of automatic deletion of every record.

Changes to the notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date shown above indicates when it was last updated.
